It’s been a while, but I just found the master of all things I’ve been searching for to be able to make the holidays complete in my allergy friendly home! Yes, I’m super excited about…
Worchestershire sauce!

I get it you don’t feel the same excitement I do over this, but chex mix is a tradition that we’ve had to sacrifice for the last few holidays. Now I’m so happy that we can do this again!
With that excitement out of the way, I am also going to share a list of ingredients that have made cooking so much easier! I think that finding foods that can be as close as possible to traditional dishes is important to keeping a well rounded menu available… lest we end up eating plain chicken and potatoes every. single. night.
The ingredients we couldn’t do without:
- Smart Balance Olive Oil Spread
- Bob’s Red Mill 1 to 1 Gluten Free Flour
- Kikkoman Vegetarian Oyster Flavored Sauce
- Bob’s Red Mill Flaxseed Meal
- Perdue Gluten Free Chicken Tenders
- Rice Dream Rice Milk
- Liquid Coconut Aminos (any brand)
- Schar Gluten Free breads/rolls
- Judee’s Vegan Cheddar Flavor
- Violife cheese shreds
- Sun Butter Sunflower Butter
Some of these contain soy, which we don’t avoid, but all are Gluten and nut free, and vegan! If you haven’t tried them and are looking for that one ingredient to make your dish safe here’s your sign to do so!
